Inspired by Michigan’s annual fall hunting traditions, we are crafting specialty dinner features centered around wild game* for one week only! This is food focused, weeklong dinner event. Each evening the week of November 14, we will feature the following:
-Pan-seared duck breast served with wild rice, dried cranberry, broccoli
-Smoked salmon pizza with herb spread, four cheese blend, house-smoked salmon, red onion, capers, goat cheese crumbles
-Hearty venison stew
-Smoked meat plate with smoked bison and elk Sausage, assorted cheeses, pickles, grain mustard, and crackers
Features will only be available for dinner service, not lunch. *All wild game is technically farm-raised, per health code requirements.
