7.6% ABV | Juicy, juicy, juicy! Our summer hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic, Mandarina, and Amarillo hops and a specialty yeast. Big tropical notes of pineapple and mango are followed by a subtle bitter finish. Available summer & fall.
6.0% ABV | Our wet-hopped, harvest ale is brewed with freshly picked Cascade and Centennial hops grown on our family farm. This seasonal fall ale has intense lemon and lime notes, but remains light enough to be a daily drinker.
5.8% ABV | Traditional German style Hefeweizen with notes of banana, clove, and yeast. Just like the classic Bavarian brew! Available in the fall.
6.5% ABV | An amber ale brewed with loads of real pumpkin and a fall spice blend. Best served with a cinnamon sugar rim! Available in the fall, but this one sells out quick!
10.0% ABV | A high octane version of our P-51 Porter aged in used bourbon barrels. We use a different distillery’s barrels each year for a unique vintage profile each year. Generally expect big notes of chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak and a smooth bourbon finish. Incredibly balanced! Released annually on Black Friday and on sale all winter.
9.0% ABV | Bourbon barrel-aged maple cider crafted with real Michigan maple syrup. Sweet start, but with a dry bourbon & apple finish. A small batch cider only available on occasion in the winter.
0.8% RS | Estate grown and bottled from our own Lawton Ridge Winery, this is a blend of oaked and unoaked Chardonnay. Expect notes of green apple and white grape. Great with chicken, seafood, or our Thai Lettuce Wraps!
0.6% RS | Estate bottled from our own Lawton Ridge Winery. Expect notes of green apple, wet rock, and apricot. A great universal white wine that pairs well with almost any dish on our menu.
0.9% RS | A dry Riesling crafted from the best quality grapes from our own vineyard. Expect notes of grapefruit, white blossom, and minerality. Excellent with creamy pastas, rich dishes, and seafood.
7.1% RS | Late harvest style wine crafted from Vidal Blanc grapes grown by our friends at Arrowhead Vineyards in Baroda, Mich. Crafted in our winery in Kalamazoo, expect sweet notes of honey, tropical fruit, banana, and yellow apple.
1.25% RS | Crafted with a blend of four different red wine grapes, this wine is intended to be an easy, everyday drinking wine. Semi-dry wine with bright red fruit notes with smooth tannins. Great with most of our food menu, especially pizzas!
0.0% RS | Wine Maiden is a 50/50 blend of our own estate grown Cabernet Franc and Cab Franc from Arrowhead Vineyards in Baroda, Mich. Expect a bold red wine with earthy and dark fruit notes. The go-to wine for steak and burgers.
1.5% RS | Formerly known as AZO Red, this red wine still has a plane on the label. The P-51 is a tribute to our grandfather, who flew this plane during WWII, and also started the family farm upon his return. Expect a medium body red wine with dark fruit notes and a distinct peppery finish. Great with pasta, red meat, and wild game.
