Andrew Schultz Owner and Operator of Texas Corners Brewing Company

    Andrew’s childhood on the family farm shaped his passion for quality food and drink. After spending some time out of state after graduating from Michigan State University, he returned to his home of Michigan to help the family launch and operate Texas Corners Brewing Company in 2015. While not working, Andrew enjoys the great outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family.

    Ruth is a lifelong resident of West Michigan with broad work experience in medical, retail, and foodservice. She met her now husband Andrew at TCBC, and they run the daily and business operations together. Her passion is people, making connections, family, and crafting delicious desserts.

Bill and Denise Schultz Owners of Texas Corners Brewing Company

    Owners of our family farm – Schultz Fruitridge Farms – in Mattawan, they decided to venture into hard cider and a brew pub in 2013. The process took two years, but they knew it would be a worthwhile extension of the family farm that was established in 1951. When not farming or babysitting grandkids, Bill spends his time outdoors while Denise enjoys gardening and reading. They both enjoy traveling together, especially around our great state of Michigan!

Jeremy Arnold Head Brewer of Texas Corners Brewing Company
  • Head Brewer

    A graduate of Western Michigan University, Jeremy has had a passion for brewing for over a decade. His engineering background gives him the patience and precision needed for brewing excellent craft beer, evidenced by his homebrewing awards before coming to brew at TCBC when it opened in 2015. Jeremy has been our head brewer since day one. When not brewing, he enjoys time with his family and supporting his kid’s sporting activities.

Ken Bare Front of House Manager of Texas Corners Brewing Company

  • FOH Manager

    You’re likely to see Ken’s smiling mug whenever you dine in at TCBC. He manages front of house (FOH) operations to ensure you have a great experience. Ken is an avid disc golfer in his free time and likes spending time with his family.
